Stephen Alaekwe & Co has what we believe are appropriate security controls in place to protect personal data which includes assessing risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects. We do not, however, have any control over what happens between your device and the boundary of our information infrastructure. We accept no liability in respect of breaches that occur beyond our sphere of control.
Data Transfers Outside of Nigeria
Stephen Alaekwe & Co will only transfer data outside of Nigeria in line with Nigerian Data Protection Regulation requirements namely set out below:
• Any transfer of Personal Data which is undergoing processing or is intended for processing after transfer to a foreign country or to an international organisation shall take place subject to the other provisions of the NDPR and the supervision of the Honourable Attorney General of the Federation (HAGF).
