As a forward looking person of proven impeccable professional pedigree, Stephen Alaekwe is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Associate Chartered Economist (ACE), and a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). He is a registered professional of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), and a Seasoned Banker with wealth of cognate experience in Corporate/Commercial, Retail, and Transaction banking; Trade finance; business development; credit analysis and management; Risk Management; project management; investment/portfolio management; export trade facilitation and funding;. He is a professional in information systems auditing, control and management; data protection expert; capacity development, training and facilitation.

Over the past sixteen (16) years post-graduation, he has held different positions at various capacities as Business Head, Branch Manager, and Lead Financial Consultant and Strategist across three Commercial Banks and financial consulting establishments, among others. He has shown astute doggedness and remained resolutely poised to delivering professional services with due care, skills, competence and diligence.

She is responsible for coordinating the team activities on professional recommendations, strategies, and advises in making quality investment planning and decisions; best suitable financing; adequate insurance coverage; risk hedging and mitigation; client’s portfolio management; operational efficiency; market identification, penetration and retentions strategies and a pool of other professional financial recommendations to enable clients attain their respective financial objectives.

As a professional Accountant, Udonwa Edoghogho Irobo is well screwed and highly experienced in the diverse areas of accounting. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); and a registered professional of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), and possesses an unwavering disposition of keenly undertaking and carrying out all professional engagements/services with due care, skills, competence and diligence. She has M.Sc in Business Administration, B.Sc in Accounting, and high grade Diploma in Computer Studies.
Udonwa Edoghogho Irobo was the Head of Finance at Del-Trazi Nigeria Ltd, Abuja – FCT, where she consistently provided leadership in supervising and directing all the activities of the Accountants at the head office and branches; Monitoring the company‘s accounts to ensure adequate funding, approval and authorization of funds for projects and funds disbursements, accordingly; Monitoring various project sites for proper cost control and effective utilization of funds and materials; Restructuring of company accounting records; Offering financial advisory services and representing the company in financial matters; Ensuring that relevant certificates are processed and collected, accordingly.
As the Audit Manager, at James Duru & Co. (Chartered Accountants) Abuja – FCT, she lead several teams of Accountants on various forensic auditing assignments of Earned Allowances released to Universities (for the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation); Participated in FIRS Nationwide Tax Audit for assigned companies, among other clients’ tax engagements and tax consultancy services.

He holds a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Adamawa State polytechnic and Diploma in Computer Operations. He obtained certificate in Computer engineering from Faith Computer Institute respectively.

He worked as Admin Secretary with Mallorca Nig. Ltd in Abuja and STG Computer Institute as Computer Instructor with over 10 years working experience.

NELSON brings to the table an unassailable wealth of experience in Virtual training facilitation and Business development, administrative duties and human resources / project management.

A Certified Information Systems Security professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service manager, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Progress Promise is a Business Professional Analyst, and seasoned Service Delivery Manager with over 12 post-graduation work experiences both in Government and Private Organization. He is a trainer and a facilitator. He has previously worked in four New Generation Commercial Banks both as operations and Information Technology staff; United Bank for Africa, Zenith Bank, Oceanic Bank and EcoBank. He also served as the ICT head, Project Monitoring and Reporting Office, a project firm under NIRSAL in North West Nigeria. He was involved with Project planning, execution and documentations. Project process flow adaptation, deploy monitoring and remediation techniques in saving project through its life cycle.
Being also a business analyst, he was deeply involved with business planning models for the project office, business model presentation and simulations.
